About Us
The Women's Club Volleyball team is composed of about 30 women from The George Washington University, ranging from freshman to graduate students, who love to play competitive volleyball and wanted to continue to do so at the collegiate level. We compete throughout the mid-Atlantic region in weekend tournaments. We are affiliated with the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation (NCVF) and every year, we compete in NCVF Collegiate Club Volleyball Championships. We have fundraising events at local restaurants and organizations in the DMV area.
Tryouts
The Women's Club Volleyball team holds tryouts at the beginning of each fall semester. The tryouts are based on skill level, previous experience, positions, and dedication to the team. We prefer girls who have played in high school and have experience playing club volleyball as we like to keep a high level of competition.
